The Fonds Florian Walewski Collection
This generous donation by Comte Florian Colonna-Walewski (1935-2003), member of the Board of Trustees of the Fondation Napoléon, comprising 280 volumes principally related to the Second Empire, was made in 2004.
The books in this collection - for the most part on the history of the Second Empire, French society of the second half of the 19th century, and Napoleon III’s Imperial Family - are easily identifiable because of their green shelfmark tags.
